Priscilla Bakx-Kabai

{$meta.job_title}

Priscilla is passionate about people and projects.
Her professional motto is to support others in enabling and sustaining a people first approach to project management through servant leadership.

She achieves this by supporting individuals and organizations to unleash their maximum potential by enabling a shift to Outward Minded Project Management, based on a proven mindset shift program developed by the Arbinger Institute, and coupled with more than a decade in experience as a project professional in various international settings.

Aside from being a trained and certified Arbinger facilitator, Priscilla holds an MSc degree in Consultancy and Entrepreneurship, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP™), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP™), Lean Six Sigma Certified Green Belt (LSSGB) and a Certified Disciplined Agilist (CDA).

Three words that best describe Priscilla’s way of working are Engagement, Communication and Teamwork. In January 2020, Priscilla founded her company, Go ROHO Project Management, a company that offers blended Training, Coaching and Consultancy (TCC) services in order to encourage more talent to enter the project management profession and to narrow the talent gap that exists in People First Project Management. Go ROHO stands for Go Reach One. Help One. Roho (noun) is also a Swahili word for Heart, Spirit and Soul.
